In 1892, this horn was designed as the standard U.S. Army Cavalry trumpet (bugle) M1892. The plastic model of this bugle (also included in the Hartenberger World Music Collection) was standard for World War II. This model is also used by the Boy and Girl Scouts of America, and were popular with Drum and Bugle Corps.World War I - Harry Coleman Bugle with faded tassels and braided cord.
