This "Finger Drum" comes from the Trobrian Islands and is the smallest of the drums in Melanesia. Its native name is "Katunenia" and it is played by striking the lizard skin head with two or three fingertips. It has an elegant and classic design with its ornate handle carved with typical Massim bird motifs and a protruding face.
